Key Responsibilities:
- Quote Generation & Proposal Development: Design, cost, and prepare creative and competitive proposals for diverse travel services, including custom FIT and Leisure groups specifically for Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo and Foz do Iguazu areas.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients (travel Agencies & tour Operators) managing inquiries, providing expert destination advice and converting proposals into confirmed bookings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on travel trends, new hotel openings, and competitor activities in the local market to ensure the company's offerings remain current and competitive.
- Supplier Management: Negotiate rates, terms and services with local suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, guides, etc.) to ensure the highest quality and best value.
- Booking & Confirmation: Manage the end-to-end booking process, ensuring all reservations (flights, accommodation, transfers, activities) are accurately confirmed and documented.
Requisitos
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales, operations, or product role within a DMC, Tour Operator or high-end travel agency.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Destination Knowledge: In-depth, firsthand knowledge of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo and Foz do Iguazu areas.
- Time-Management and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven.
- Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
