Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quote Generation & Proposal Development: Design, cost, and prepare creative and competitive proposals for diverse travel services, including custom FIT and Leisure groups specifically for Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo and Foz do Iguazu areas.
  2. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients (travel Agencies & tour Operators) managing inquiries, providing expert destination advice and converting proposals into confirmed bookings.
  3. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on travel trends, new hotel openings, and competitor activities in the local market to ensure the company's offerings remain current and competitive.
  4. Supplier Management: Negotiate rates, terms and services with local suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, guides, etc.) to ensure the highest quality and best value.
  5. Booking & Confirmation: Manage the end-to-end booking process, ensuring all reservations (flights, accommodation, transfers, activities) are accurately confirmed and documented.

Requisitos

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales, operations, or product role within a DMC, Tour Operator or high-end travel agency.
  2. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  3. Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  4. Destination Knowledge: In-depth, firsthand knowledge of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo and Foz do Iguazu areas.
  5. Time-Management and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven.
  7. Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
